Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of the following PulsePoint location. 740 W Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308



Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm



The Agile Product Manager will be responsible for the tasks listed below. 



How you will make an impact:



•    Define functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system (10%).
•    Provide the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business (5%).
•    Partner with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction (5%).
•    Work with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements (5%).
•    Proactively work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements. Develops use cases (5%).
•    Provide the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. Proactively work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements and Leverage in depth knowledge of tools utilized (10%).
•    Focus on the business case product strategy/definition/positioning road map development portfolio management full competitive analysis win/loss analysis forecasting and value delivery through the ecosystem (15%).
•    Utilize the right key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product performance. Supports portfolio work including budget parameters and strategic themes (10%).
•    Responsible for the Program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program Level. Partner with the stakeholders to develop the business cases for Epics/features that affect the Agile Release Train (ART) or Teams of Agile Teams and makes decisions regarding what the epic/features the product or program will have based on the understanding of the customer needs (15%).
•    Collaborate with the Product Owners to continuously develop and communicate the vision for the scrum teams and are key to efficient and effective development (5%).
•    Build an effective product manager/product owner team for multiple trains in support of their value stream but may not necessarily report to the same organization. Mentor Product Managers to confidently drive solutions across teams (10%).
•    Advocate for current and future funding and drive requests for funding and secures budget for the continuous flow of value to customers. Key driver of business value delivery at the Program level across teams (5%).

Minimum Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or related. Eight (8) years of experience in related occupation(s). 



Additional Requirements:



Eight (8) years of experience must include: 
•    Eight (8) years of experience working in information technology. 
•    Four (4) years of experience with the following Agile Methodologies: SCRUM, KANBAN and SAFe. 
•    Three (3) years of experience with the following DB analysis tools: Toad, DBeaver, SQL Developer, and SQL Assistant. 
•    Three (3) years of experience in Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective and Program Increment Cadence. 
•    Three (3) years of experience with Pharmacy Auth, Enrollment, Eligibility in Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid. 
•    Three (3) years of experience in creating Sprint health Dashboards, Scrum projects boards, Sprint metrics/reports, backlog and content management using JIRA and Confluence tools. 
•    Three (3) years of experience in creating and maintaining. product backlog. 
•    Three (3) years of experience in writing Features and stories work with scrum teams in sprint planning calls to prioritize features based on value delivered. 
•    REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:  Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner, or SAFe Product Manager certification.
•    ALTERNATE EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field plus six (6) years of experience working in information technology. 
•    Must have skills listed above.
