WHO
weβre looking for:
We are
looking for an Agile Transformation Program Manager highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management with expertise in Agile methodologies to lead and deliver complex projects across global teams. You will be responsible for driving large-scale software projects and building long-term scalable solutions while adopting Agile principles to optimize the development process and enhance collaboration within cross-functional teams.Β
Role
and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Privacy, Security and Senior leadership to execute, track and deliver high impact strategic programs in the Ads space.
- Build, grow and maintain a sustainable scaled Agile delivery model.
- Work with the team to collaborate and develop end-to-end program plans, influence teams to deliver against them, and keep the org and leadership informed on progress.
- Drive engagement with internal partners, work to decompose requirements into plans with measurable milestones.
- Establish and maintain Agile ways of working governance model.
- Coach leaders, teams and scrum masters in Agile practices and mindsets like program incremental planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives etc.
- Groom the team on iterative and program incremental approach to delivering software projects that focus on continuous releases incorporating customer feedback.
- Produce program reports for stakeholders, identify and mitigate program risks early.
- Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
- Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, program status transparency, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.
Required Experience and Education:
- 10+ years in project/program management role managing software development with a minimum of 4 years of experience mentoring/coaching Agile practitioners.
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- (Preferred) βPMP and SAFe certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and expertise in Agile concepts including Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework.
- Experience in facilitating organizational, mindset and cultural change for large scale Agile Transformations.
- Direct experience working with technology and tools used to support Agile practices with hands-on experience with JIRA, GitHub and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, managing software from ideation to release with global cross functional teams.
- Experience in managing AdTech related programs is a plus.
- (Preferred) Experience in the digital advertising, Mobile, and/or Smart TV space is a plus.
- (Preferred) Demonstrated experience in shipping consumer and/or enterprise solutions.

periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing
high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs
work under time schedules and stress which are normally
periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
