Position Details:

This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday during standard business hours. Compensation will be based on the qualifications of applicant.

Location: 

This is a Hybrid REMOTE/ONSITE opportunity in the United Kingdom. Candidate must reside in the UK and be work authorized. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Candidate must reside within commuting distance to Mayfair, London.

Our corporate office in located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, (United States).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Artificial Intelligence Product Manager at Transcard will be a catalyst driving the development and execution of AI powered products that enhance our payment solutions. This individual will create and execute the vision of embedded AI within our products. These solutions will deliver exceptional value to our customers and generate new revenue streams for Transcard. You will work closely with and lead engineering, data science, and business teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Transcard's broader goals and objectives.

Transcard is a rapidly growing Fintech, and this team is building out new AI technologies and innovations to greatly expand the capabilities and value of our platform. As the AI Product Manager, you will be an integral part of the development and deployment of our new AI-driven Virtual CFO capabilities embedded within our core payments platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape emerging technologies in the payments space.  

· Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for AI and ML-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with Transcard’s business objectives and customer needs.

· Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends.

· Work closely with engineering, data science, and UX/UI teams to design, develop, and launch industry leading AI and ML products. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure successful product delivery.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for innovation in AI and ML applications within the payments and fintech industry.

· Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and ensure the product exceeds user needs and expectations.

· Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

· Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and strategies.

· Evangelize to prospects and clients Transcard’s AI vision and roadmap, highlighting how our AI driven insights and recommendations enable clients to automate complex workflows, uncover trends and opportunities in their data, and optimize clients’ working capital management.

· Continue to identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

· 7+ years of experience as a software product manager with at least 5 years at the intersection of IT/software product management and data science/analytics.

· 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on AI/ML products, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.

· Deep understanding of financial obligations and decisions a CFO or Treasurer finds important to manage their business successfully.

· Strong understanding of business Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Vendor Management, and Liquidity Management. 

· In-depth experience with Gen AI and developing chat bot products.

· Proficiency in low-code and no-code tools and iterative prompts to refine outputs.

· Understand and develop Agentic AI frameworks, where large language models (LLMs) work together to complete tasks.

· Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, including their applications and limitations.

· Experience working with data science teams and familiarity with AI/ML model lifecycle management.

· Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

· Guide a team of developers (preferably machine learning engineers) to develop and execute new data drive product strategies that align with business goals and drive customer value.

· Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision-making.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and fun environment.

· Preferred experience in payments or financial services product management.

· Preferred knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to financial transactions.

· Experience with agile development methodologies.

Education and/or Certifications: 

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
