Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$123,000 - $180,400
Understanding the U.S. healthcare environment and its complexities is captivating and stimulating. This team works with several Lilly Value & Access (LVA) organizations to bring operationally excellent solutions and art of the possible ideas together to transform the way we work. In this role, you will work on both transformational and operational activities for several key LVA business areas, with a critical focus on Market Access capabilities including solutions to benefit field personnel, deal developers, and contract developers.
You will focus on driving technology solutions that enable our Value & Access team to collaborate effectively with payers and other healthcare organizations, ensuring equitable access to Lilly products in the market. You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions align with the goals of payer deal modeling and deal development. You will encourage innovative concepts and ensure secure, resilient, modernized, and compliant operations for the many critical Tech at Lilly solutions that run Lilly’s premier affiliate.
