Client Operations Program Manager
The Client Operations team works across all other teams to enable Intapp's growth and business success. We drive process improvements, develop data-driven insights and decision making, and program manage high impact cross-functional projects. We act as a βspecial projects teamβ that tackles and solves any mission-critical problem or initiative that will most enable Intapp to grow.
The Program Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of policies, programs, and tools to support Client Operations goals and objectives. This role will involve optimizing our sales order processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and working with technical counterparts to support system changes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales order systems, Salesforce CPQ, and program management.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing programs to track critical corporate information, including entitlements, ACV, and associated client & contracts data.
