Consultant, Digital & Emerging Technologies (Product Manager - Technical) Financial Services Office (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1547212), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Stamford, CT.
Work with multi-discipline feature teams including user experience experts, architects, engineers and others to define and roll out products and services for large global organizations as well as for EY. Using a customer centric and data-driven approach to product development, advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. Break down and simplify complex processes and touchpoints to deliver exceptional experiences. Prioritize and define product roadmaps, manage a product backlog, make quick decisions and coordinate the team to release quality products within planned timelines. Provide support practice building activities such as team mentorship and proposal deck development.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of work experience. The employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in facilitating discussions with technical, design and business subject-matter resources to document requirements and articulate alternatives for future state solutions across various domains and channels.
Must have 4 years of experience managing projects with defined deliverables and budgets, including a combination of the following: budgeting and managing the schedule; client relationship management; communicating strategically around key issues; and/or conflict resolution and consensus building.
Must have 4 years of experience in defining product vision, defining and managing product roadmaps, and prioritizing and managing product backlogs.
Must have 4 years of experience in leading ideation sessions, standups, sprints, and scrums.
Must have 2 years of experience supervising a team, providing feedback, and managing the delivery of an engagement workstream.
Requires travel up to 50%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
