About You
The Digital Product Manager is responsible for leading the development of new and existing digital products, from concept to launch, while supporting digital marketing efforts to enhance eCommerce performance and brand promotional initiatives. This role utilizes data-driven insights to maximize sales potential and ensure a seamless, intuitive guest experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, the Digital Product Manager ensures that every step of the product development process: design, engineering, strategy, content, and testing aligns with business goals and guest needs.

Day in the Life:

Digital Product Development

  • Lead the development and enhancement of digital products (website, app and digital menu boards) to create an elevated, seamless, and delightful guest experience.
  • Manage internal teams and external partners in executing complex projects, including research, business case development, user experience design, requirements definition, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Use data to prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with both consumer and business needs.
  • Orchestrate and implement A/B tests of the digital experience to optimize key KPIs.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, design, and technical teams to define requirements, plan sprints, and produce post-launch reports, ensuring seamless execution and alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing digital projects, maintaining clear communication across teams.
  • Define and communicate the long-term digital product vision, ensuring it aligns with business goals and evolving customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap to prioritize key initiatives over the short and long term.
  • Leverage guest feedback and research to drive continuous product improvement, using an Agile process to prioritize within development cycles.
  • Manage multiple digital and technical workstreams simultaneously, ensuring scalability and efficiency through careful planning and knowledge management.

KPI Reporting & Analytics

  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and revenue, ensuring continuous improvement in web and app performance.
  • Develop and maintain Google Analytics dashboards to deliver weekly and monthly performance insights, informing strategic priorities.
  • Define and execute tagging strategies to ensure that all digital platforms deliver trackable and actionable results.

Brand

  • Manage digital content strategy to align with brand campaigns, menu launches, promotions, and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Represent digital channels in marketing go-to-market (GTM) process, keeping the team informed of product enhancements and upcoming developments.
  • Collaborate with Guest Care team to ensure digital channels fully support ongoing marketing activities.
  • Partner with internal and external creative teams to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of digital content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day content management on the Noodles & Company website and app, ensuring consistency with the brand vision.
  • Manage the SEO strategy for Noodles.com, optimizing the brand’s organic visibility and presence.
  • Provide backup support for 3rd party marketplace channel activities as needed.


What You Bring to the Team

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working withing the Agile development process.
  • Experience executing A/B testing strategies.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with agency partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in: Microsoft Suite, JIRA, Olo (digital ordering platform), Drupal/WordPress (CMS), HTML, Google Analytics, Soci/Yext, Figma, and various project management and content management systems (CMS).
  • This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
