America’s Favorite Jeweler, Ross-Simons (a division of Luxury Brand Holdings) is seeking a Ecommerce Product Manager to join our Ecommerce team. The Ecommerce Product Manager be responsible for supporting the product strategy for Ross-Simon.com and its digital and technology roadmap. In this role, you will drive the overall sprint planning process for the organization while partnering with key business stakeholders to identify product improvements that will increase customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. You will be one of the in-house experts on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) business administration.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the business and the director of product management/user experience to prioritize the overall product roadmap, being aware of key organizational objectives, ROI, feature/function definition, experience design and KPIs.
- Lead the overall sprint planning process for the technical team, inclusive of sprint planning, progress reporting, project management and post-launch analytics.
- Oversee the QA process by our offshore QA team and directly execute UAT testing prior to production release.
- Build and manage digital product roadmap for key portions of the overall product portfolio (specific leadership areas to be determined based on experience and career objectives). Comprehend why the features exist on our site, and how they are integrated, maintained, reported on, and extensible for future enhancement.
- Be an expert in SFCC business manager administration, ensuring proper configuration and maintenance of key areas inclusive of pricing, promotion, product set-up, etc. Assist and train staff with new features, settings, and troubleshooting.
- Lead product optimization post-launch, incorporating analytics, customer feedback, and market opportunities to (re)prioritize the roadmap.
- Maintains market awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape to help identify necessary updates and new opportunities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks and deployment methodologies in a customer-facing production environment. Experience with Jira or similar framework is required.
- Strong organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced agile digital environment is a must! Ability to multi-task, working independently and to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Experience with enterprise commerce platforms is required, with preference for SFCC.
- Proven ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of delivery, and an obsession about the customer experience.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (like GA4) and experience using data to make decisions.
- Experience in eCommerce and Omni-Channel delivery, specializing in promotions strategy and/or platform integration a plus.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, focused on eCommerce or digital capabilities
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or other related field is a strong plus.
