About the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager with a strong background in engineering and product management. In this role, you will lead strategic product planning, define requirements for new products, and oversee the product development lifecycle from conception through go-to-market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and commercial requirements with market needs while maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field

  • Has 10+ years of experience in engineering and product management

  • Demonstrates a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality products

  • Possesses a strong technical background and in-depth understanding of product development processes

  • Is experienced with ERP and PLM software systems (e.g., Syspro and Arena Solutions)

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Is goal-oriented and willing to take on new responsibilities as the company grows

  • Shows strong problem-solving and analytical skills
