Senior Product Manager
Your mission
· Identify market trends, competitive tools and customer needs to drive innovation in AI and analytics offerings.
· Develop business cases for new AI-powered products and align with company objectives.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new features or products to support the Implico solutions portfolio
· Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, ensuring cohesive collaboration across sales, marketing, and consulting for effective market entry.
· Develop and align the product roadmap with customer requirements
· Responsibility for overseeing the entire life cycle of a product, from conception and development to launch and market penetration
· Identify and document use cases to guide AI & Analytics product development
· Plan and manage Implico’s AI and Analytics product roadmap based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
· Work with the engineering team prioritize features and oversee the development.
· Act as a champion for AI machine learning and analytics, demonstrating its value to all stakeholders
· Ensure AI analytics products integrate seamlessly with other SAP products, like S/4HANA SDM (Secondary Distribution Management) and S/4HANA RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operations)
· Work with senior leadership, engineering, consulting, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
· Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with consulting, marketing and sales
· Create materials for product demos, whitepapers, and presentations to communicate the value

Your profile
· You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business informatics or comparable professional training
· Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and data-driven decision-making
· Experience working with AI frameworks, big data technologies, and cloud-based AI solutions.
· Strong background in product development, marketing, and sales strategy is an asset
· Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
· Relevant professional experience in Product definition and development
· Structured and solution-oriented way of working
· Proactive planning and efficient execution of tasks
· Strong communication skills, team orientation and enjoy working with people
· Ability to lead workshops and discussions at C-Level
· Proof of relevant AI & Machine Learning certifications
· Fluency in English
· Willingness to travel
