We're seeking a Product Manager - Growth to drive our product-led growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You'll work side by side with our Product Lead in a hybrid setting (3-4 days per week) out of our NYC office, collaborating closely with the Engineering and Health Care Advocate teams to identify and execute high-leverage growth initiatives. Your work will directly impact acquisition, onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention, helping us scale rapidly and efficiently.
Drive the Growth Roadmap β Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention.
Operate with a Bias for Action β Take full ownership of growth initiatives in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment. Adapt quickly, wear multiple hats, and get things done.
Leverage Data & Analytics β Define key metrics, analyze user behavior, and use insights to drive continuous improvement in product-led growth strategies.
Build & Iterate Quickly β Work closely with the engineering and the health care advocates team to develop, test, and optimize growth features with speed and efficiency.
Develop Scalable Growth Channels β Explore and optimize organic, paid, referral, and product-led growth strategies.
Work Cross-Functionally β Partner with marketing, leadership, and design to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Be Hands-On & Adaptable β In a high-growth startup, priorities can shift quickly. You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, tackling new challenges, and flexing into different roles as needed.
Consumer (B2C) experience with a strong foundation in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
You donβt have to come from a startup, but if this is your first move into startup land, you need to be scrappy and adaptable
Background in math, CS, or statistics is a plus
