DescriptionThe Head of Deposits Product Development is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the strategic development, management, and innovation of the bankβs consumer deposit product portfolio. This role will focus on creating and optimizing customer-focused banking products across all customer segments, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-impact solutions that differentiate the bank in a competitive landscape.
Primary responsibilities include
Strategic Vision and LeadershipΒ
- Develop recommendations for distinctive, comprehensive banking product development strategy aligned with the organizationβs vision and growth objectives.
- Lead the design and execution of innovative products that meet evolving customer and market needs; oversee the development lifecycle of new and existing products
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge; identify cutting edge digital and fintech solutions to improve distinction and customer experience
- Enhance and revamp the existing product suite to maximize profitability and customer engagement.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success, including revenue growth, customer adoption, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- At least 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with significant exposure to product development and management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and delivering innovative banking solutions.
- Strong understanding of retail, corporate, and digital banking products and services.
- Visionary thinker with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to drive innovation.
- Deep knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and fintech integrations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Reads, interprets and draws accurate conclusions from financial material
- Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
