When you join Cubby, you’re joining a team of entrepreneurs and creators who are on a mission to change the lives of thousands of special needs families. We are growing at lightning speed and are seeking a senior product leader to help innovate and support our growth.

You would be a key executive on our executive team where you would build, manage, and scale our entire product function. You will oversee all aspects of Cubby’s product development - providing executive-level direction and strategic oversight for the product roadmap, including physical products, our web-based portal, and IOS/Android applications.

Above all, your goal is to lead a cross-functional effort to create a delightful product experience that expresses itself via mobile applications, web interfaces, and ties into the physical product journey. This role reports to the CEO, who will serve as a critical thought partner on all fronts as you work with a broad swath of the leadership team to shape the future of a mission-driven category.

You will work alongside cross-functional leaders in engineering, design, regulatory, finance, sales, and marketing teams to craft groundbreaking ideas into tangible products that excite the world.

Here’s what you’ll be doing


  • Drive and oversee the vision and product strategy of Cubby Bed’s, hardware, software, accessories, and future technologies including Cubby Beds 1st mobile application

  • Partner closely with the founder to define and lead Cubby Bed’s product innovation by owning, identifying, and clarifying product roadmap opportunities for new digital and hardware products as well as expansion of existing products, always with a mind towards creating delightful and seamless experiences for our users

  • Works hand in hand with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, supply chain, operations, regulatory and finance leaders, along with third-party partners, to drive innovation and efficient execution across all product development functions

  • Own the voice of the customer and business from discovery to delivery to maximize company impact and customer satisfaction, helping us deliver on our mission to be an experiential consumer product company

  • Help shape and refine the product team's methodology while leveraging product and industry best practices

Here’s what we’re looking for


  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, UI/UX, Marketing, and/or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience of product management experience with increasing responsibility and scope; 1+ years defining and overseeing category and portfolio-level product strategy

  • Experience in a fast-paced consumer goods company, consumer-focused technology company, or other high-growth organizations

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX with an eye towards design

  • 1st Principled: analytical and critical thinking leadership experience

  • High degree of initiative, self-motivation and ability to motivate others

  • Clear and structured communication skills

  • An entrepreneurial mindset. Rolling up your sleeves, thrive in ambiguity, test and learn culture, and get things done

  • Experience in manufacturing and scaling a physical product business is a plus

  • Experience from a digital health/med tech startup is a plus

  • $190-215K hiring range - Cubby offers an exciting OTE (On-Target Earnings) program to motivate and celebrate collective success in achieving company goals. The total cash compensation range listed above is inclusive of base pay & target variable pay. The target variable pay for this role is 15% of the base salary.
