Our integrations with key CRM providers play a critical role in Go-To-Market (GTM) process automation. As we continue expanding our ecosystem, we are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive our integrations strategy.
This role requires someone with a strong background in Enterprise SaaS Product Management, preferably within the CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a technical product or in a technical role, enabling them to collaborate effectively with engineers and external partners to deliver valuable integrations.

What youβll be doing:
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of LeanDataβs integrations, from concept to launch and adoption
Identify, prioritize, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute against the product roadmap
Build and maintain relationships with external partners to create high-value integrations
Drive product adoption and track success metrics, iterating based on customer insights.
Conduct market research to identify integration opportunities that enhance LeanDataβs value proposition
Translate technical and functional requirements into customer benefits and business impact
Evaluate trade-offs and ensure optimal product decisions based on technical feasibility and business value
Leverage the Voice of the Customer and internal cross-functional input to understand and prioritize feature development
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Product Management at an Enterprise SaaS company
Proven leadership and track record delivering against project commitments with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated understanding and experience within the CRM ecosystem
Technical fluency β ability to collaborate effectively with Software Engineers
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions
Ability to drive projects independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong product sense with the ability to prioritize features and understand market, competition, and user needs
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver
Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
