Responsibilities
Product Strategy Development: Define the strategy for utilizing low-code technologies and solutions to help businesses achieve their objectives. Understand industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g. generative AI), to inform our strategy and improve our products. Be knowledgeable about capabilities and limitations and their implementation in the Federal Reserve.
Be a Product Evangelist and Practitioner: Understand the value our products provide and promote them through discovery workshops, product consultations, and prototype demonstrations. Identify opportunities for business development, drive user adoption, and engage with business partners through promotional and educational material. Advise on best practices and roll up oneβs sleeves to give high-level technical support and help citizen developers use low-code solutions.
Roadmap Planning: Drive product roadmaps that outline key milestones and deliverables based on feedback from stakeholders. Work with business lines to define epics/initiatives that align with their strategic vision and high-level requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage, adoption, and user satisfaction.
System and Cross-Bank Partnerships: Collaborate with System IT and other IT teams to understand how low-code technologies are being used across the System.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree or MBA in information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Typically requires 7 or more years relevant experience in product management/development or low-code technology within an agile team environment.
Experience in using low-code technologies, specifically tools for collaboration (Power Platform, SharePoint Online, etc.), content management (WordPress), customer relationship management (CRM) (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.), and process automation (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
Interest in emerging technologies and how they can solve business problems.
A customer-centric approach to building the best product possible given budget, time, and resource constraints.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style that can share technical ideas and approaches with others.
Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card with intent to become U.S. Citizen
Desired Skills:
Agile/SAFe Product Owner Product Manager (POPM) certification or similar Experience using Jira is a plus.
Base Salary Range for Sr, Product Manager: Min: $138,900 - Mid: $180,400 - Max: $221,900 (Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicantβs background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
