Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-to-Senior Level Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and execution of our enterprise merchandising software platforms. This role oIers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the success of our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Complex B2B Software Systems: Proven track record working with enterprise- level software solutions, including those involving intricate integrations and advanced features.
- Product Vision and Strategy: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and meets customer needs. Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through development, launch, and ongoing iteration.
- Prioritization and Backlog Management: Expertise in prioritizing features and projects based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment. Proficient in managing and grooming the product backlog, making informed prioritization decisions to maximize value delivery.
- Enterprise Software Integrations: Familiarity with integrating enterprise software solutions, including APIs and third-party services.
- Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate requirements and collaborate with engineering teams. Experience in leading the development of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Customer and User Engagement: Experience working directly with users and customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and ensure the product meets their expectations. Skilled in conducting user research to inform product decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas, product updates, and strategic plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive the execution of the product roadmap and deliver high-quality features and updates on time.
- UX/UI Collaboration: Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise merchandising software, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams as needed.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Proficiency in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and impact, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Adaptability and Change Management: Ability to manage and adapt to change effectively, especially in fast-paced or evolving environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise merchandising software, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams as needed. An aptitude for understanding technical concepts and simplifying them.
- Proficiency in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and impact, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Ability to manage and adapt to change effectively, especially in fast-paced or evolving environments. Excellent follow-up skills. Ability to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in enterprise retail, B2B platform ecosystems.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in product management roles, preferably with a focus on enterprise software solutions and merchandising retail technology.
- Experience in designing user-centric product experiences.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products or features from concept to delivery.
- A desire to “go deep” on technical solutions and their impact on business requirements.

- Location: Onsite, Irving, TX location
- Schedule: Full-time or 8AM-5PM CST, which means you should be available for meetings etc.
