We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large-scale contract supporting the development and deployment of a hybrid cloud Lab Environment designed for application development, modeling & simulation (M&S), and data integration in a secure environment. You will act as the primary liaison with government stakeholders, ensuring that all program objectives, deliverables, and compliance standards are met with excellence.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and government stakeholders.
Lead the full lifecycle of the program, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
Oversee all aspects of lab operations, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols.
Direct contractor staff, promoting high performance and alignment with mission goals.
Collaborate with IC partners, particularly the NRO, to ensure program integration and success.
Develop risk mitigation plans, improve processes, and monitor KPIs.
Maintain full compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and security requirements.
6+ years of Program Management experience on projects of similar scope and complexity.
4+ years supporting laboratory environments.
Proven experience managing contracts involving cloud-based solutions in secure environments.
10+ years of IC experience, including at least 6 years supporting the NRO.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Active PMP certification or equivalent.
TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance required.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience managing complex technical programs in high-security environments.
