The Partner Affairs Operations pillar provides strategic and operational support across all the Partner Affairs pillars. As a center of excellence, the pillar leads our technology, analytics and digital solutions to enable Partner Affairs strategy and operations. Senior Manager roles will serve as product owners and/or senior project managers of certain technology platforms including replatforms, enhancements, upgrades, technology support, testing, etc.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving operating as advisor and business partner to achieve business priorities and goals through the successful execution of product and experience strategy, emphasizing the following areas:
- Collaborating with all levels of stakeholder groups to drive strategic direction and account for critical dependencies with other projects, programs, and initiatives;
- Owning accountability for workstreams of transformation and replatform projects, including project status reporting, vendor management, and communications & change plans;
- Identifying business needs and developing proposed solutions to enable the requirement in collaboration with the stakeholders;
- Working independently and managing the delivery of day-to-day operations and delivery of technology & analytics services to stakeholders and business partners;
- Demonstrating proficiency of core Partner Affairs business processes or equivalent Human Capital processes including succession planning, talent & performance management, core payroll / HR data, admissions, health and financial benefits;
- Demonstrating proficiency of core technology solutions and applications to enable business processes: Oracle Cloud HCM security/data management, Core HR/Payroll, 3rd party SaaS, custom and mobile applications, data services / hub, digital solutions for analytics and automations;
- Maintaining leading edge process and service delivery by encouraging citizen-led innovation & constantly expanding knowledge of organizational behavior, emerging technology and trends;
- Demonstrating proficiency in PwC core Agile competencies, with particular emphasis on contributing to team success in playing the product owner role leading multiple agile teams focused on delivering business needs;
- Demonstrating proficiency of applying advanced digital skills / digital accelerator skills to enable complex projects, solve ad hoc digital requests, etc.;
- Advising change management and communication activities with appropriate stakeholders to accelerate and realize benefits of transformation changes;
- Managing RAID Logs (Risks, Actions, Issues and/or Dependencies) and escalating any new items to project leaders;
- Influencing others in a senior manager capacity, while proactively building working relationships with stakeholders regarding how technology and analytics can be used to accomplish business goals;
- Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and,
- Providing coaching and real-time development opportunities to team members.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
