ClearDATA is seeking a Principal Product Manager responsible for CyberHealth Managed Services.  You will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of our Managed Services to drive top-line revenue growth of our existing Managed Services solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the product roadmap and ensure successful product launches. Your primary focus will be on delivering highly effective and user-friendly Managed Services solutions that meet or exceed the needs of our customers and help protect their systems and data. This is a remote role with the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across numerous functions and with key members of our executive team. 


Responsibilities: 



  • Own the vision for ClearDATA Managed Services and maintain the multi-year roadmap through the decomposition of strategic objectives into phased operational and tactical goals and measures. 



  • Create and maintain a detailed solution roadmap that outlines the prioritized features, enhancements, and integrations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback. 

  • Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and insights to inform solution development decisions.  



  • Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy and decision-making. 

  • Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and potential threats. 

  • Monitor key product metrics, user feedback, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize solution performance and drive customer success. 

  • Serve as the internal and external evangelist by communicating product vision and roadmap to sales, marketing, partners, and customers.  

  • Up to 10% domestic travel. 


Qualifications: 



  • 7+ years of relevant experience in product management in the cybersecurity/managed security services space or related field. 

  • Strong understanding of managed security and compliance services, managed cloud, and related industry standards. 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with internal cross-functional teams and with customers, field teams, and partners. 

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Strong analytic approach and bias for data-based judgment. Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product decisions. 

  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
