Oracle ERP Cloud product management team is looking for a high-energy Principal Product Manager with creative ideas around building the next generation of Financials applications. You must love writing, editing, and crafting communications.
This opportunity will place you at the heart of our mission to redefine modern business practices across ERP. In this role, you will re-imagine the business process and work across teams to help focus ideas and clearly communicate to both internal and external audiences. This opportunity requires extensive writing, reviewing, and editing, including mentoring other product managers on effective communication practices. For example, you will help develop documents detailing the current state, future directions, and best practices to facilitate customer uptake. This includes integrating innovations with Generative and Agentic AI into modern best practices.
As a Principal Product Manager with our team, you contribute throughout the product development life cycle in a challenging and intellectually stimulating environment. You analyze customer requirements, develop a vision of the solution to fulfill the requirements, and manage the details of that vision to realization. You also provide industry expertise and coordinate complex projects.
The expectation is that the successful candidate will work in person at the Redwood Shores, CA office.

Responsibilities
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracleβs differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
