JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a strategic and inclusive Product Manager to drive product
innovation and development at automotiveMastermind.



A Successful Product Manager will:


  • Serve as the point person for Market Diligence and Go-to-Market strategies, researching and vetting new product ideas.
  • Conduct Market Due Diligence, including customer calls, quantitative analysis, and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Manage and maintain relations with our integration partners and explore new integration opportunities in the market.
  • Manage feature production and prioritization, ensuring clear communication of priorities and roadmaps.
  • Develop Go-To-Market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and training collateral
  • Analyze post-launch efficacy through ongoing testing and customer feedback.
  • Guide cross-functional teams toward successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed requirements specifications and user interface mockups.
  • Investigate market trends and opportunities to guide company strategies.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement of existing products and the creation of new ones.
  • Ensure effective communication between design and development teams.


Who you are:


  • 3+ years of product management experience with increasing levels of leadership.
  • Experience with consumer software products, particularly in partner integrations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/API environments and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Expected Hours of Work:


This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional 
holidays and weekends. Quarterly travel to our offices in Gdansk and/or New York is required, along with frequent travel to meet customers.



Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):


  • S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,093 to $119,473.  Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. 
  • In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Where you will be: 


This position is based in our New York headquarters. We work a hybrid work schedule with a current minimum of two teamwide designated days in the office.
