About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Smule, making it easier (and more fun) for people to connect through music. In this role, you’ll craft and execute a product vision that enhances user experiences and drives growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life, optimize key flows, and make a real impact on how people discover, engage with, and enjoy Smule. Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Roadmap: Develop a clear, data-driven roadmap that aligns with measurable goals and strategic OKRs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder/CEO, VP of Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to execute product strategies.
• Product Execution: Write detailed user stories, set acceptance criteria, and oversee feature development through A/B testing and iterative refinement.
• Project Management: Launch projects, make critical decisions (including sunsetting initiatives when necessary), and adapt priorities based on evolving market needs.
• Tool Proficiency: Manage workflows, track progress, and collaborate effectively using JIRA.
• Global Team Collaboration: Work with teams overseas, particularly in Bulgaria, ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

Key Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2C, user-facing environments.
• Experience in gaming, social media, or the creator economy is a plus.
• Background in Engineering, Development, or Design preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong product instincts with a passion for music creation, technology, and emerging trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in JIRA & Confluence.

Bonus Attributes

• Experience working with machine learning teams.
• Familiarity with user-generated content platforms.
• SQL Experience
