- Experience in product/project management, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and web application / website software development processes.
- Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps that align with strategic goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical constraints and business needs.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and feedback to drive product decisions.
What you bring:Β
- Conduct internal stakeholder and client interviews, perform research, and develop experiments to validate product concepts.
- Collaborate with sales and provisioning teams to estimate project scope, timeline, and budget.Β
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standup meetings, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.Β
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives, stakeholder priorities, and resources capacity. Ensure roadmaps are clearly communicated and adaptable as business needs evolve.
- Write clear and concise product briefs, documents, user stories and acceptance criteria to guide teams in implementing solutions and supporting production needs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining efficiency in the development process.
- Partner with client and executive stakeholders to deeply understand business objectives, ensure clear communication, gather feedback and adapt solutions as requirements evolve.
- Lead end-to-end rollout planning, stakeholder coordination, deployment, training, and post-launch support to ensure a seamless product implementation.
- Drive user engagement, track key adoption metrics, gather feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product usage and long-term customer success.
- Assist customer support, sales enablement, and product marketing teams in developing feature descriptions, new release content, and customer-facing documentation and collateral.
- Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog that aligns with development capacity and maps to an overall solution roadmap.
- Perform validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and new feature implementations to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout project lifecycle.Β
- Prepare and present product key performance metrics and performance goals to senior leadership.Β
