We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing print marketing efforts for our products, as well as managing all facets of the product lifecycle. This includes inventory management, customer communication, and segmentation analysis. Your expertise in these areas will be critical in driving our products from concept to market success.
Key Responsibilities:â¯
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned products, ensuring efficient execution of all related responsibilities and processes.â¯
- Leverage traditional print marketing to drive successful campaigns and reach our target audience effectively and profitably by analyzing marketing performance data, conducting segmentation analyses, and preparing marketing plans for assigned products. Utilize analytical and quantitative skills to assess marketing performance, including market segmentation analysis.
- Provide high-level creative direction and content guidance to graphic design teams and copywriters based on successful strategies and intended product positioning. Carefully review resulting materials to ensure correctness and consistency with the direction, editing as needed.
- Analyze demand to determine optimal order quantities and inventory levels.
- Analyze product costs to accurately price products per established guidelines.
- Coordinate shipping schedules, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Manage any product delays effectively
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.â¯
- Communicate effectively with various departments, including Customer Service, Fulfillment, Corporate Finance, and the Creative Studio, to ensure seamless operations.â¯
- Proficiently navigate and utilize various technologies, including M365, Netsuite, Qlik, and homegrown systems.â¯
- Ask for help when needed, learn from mistakes and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:â¯
- Minimum of five years' work experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing high volumes of routine work.â¯
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.â¯
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.â¯
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and solve problems creatively.â¯
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.â¯
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.â¯
- Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule after an initial training period requiring regular onsite presence.â¯
- Strong business relationship skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a solid foundation in relevantâ¯areas of study.
