This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Chicagoβs West Fulton Market District with a weekly hybrid work schedule. Β
An employee shuttle to and from Ogilvy Transportation and Union Station is provided, as well as subsidized parking in our buildings attached garage.
The Product Management Team for the Deck, Accessories and Adjacencies (D, A&A) category has responsibility for the overall lifecycle, sales and financial performance of these products.Β These include the full line of Deck, Porch, Accessories and Adjacencies.Β Individual Product Managers are responsible for the creation of a product roadmap, market/competitive research and analysis, new product development, maintenance, line extensions, pricing and product rationalization.Β The Product Manager is ultimately responsible for the financial results of the product line and must ensure that the product line is meeting the goals of the company.Β This team is an advocate for our customers and continually finds ways to add value to all stakeholders responsible for the manufacturing, marketing, distribution, sales and installation of the product.
Position Summary: Β
We are looking for an experienced businessperson who has a demonstrated interest in product management in the building products category with applicable skills and experience and who wants to grow within the Product Management team to positions of greater responsibility and leadership over time.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management for the Deck, Accessories and Adjacencies business, this role will have responsibility for working across these products in support of the Product Managers on the team.Β In addition, depending on the skills and experience of the candidate, this position will also have direct responsibility for our Fastener products and some other new product Adjacencies.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping to drive sales growth and gross margin improvement of our existing products. This candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, focus on the details and drive cross-functional execution for the category while also understanding and engaging at the strategic level as well.Β Finally, the candidate will also display a strong commitment to our Core Values.Β Β

Education:Β Bachelorβs Degree required; MBA desired.Β Equivalent work experience and a strong track record of success in progressively responsible roles would also be considered in lieu of a degree.
Skills: Strong project management skills, cross-functional coordination and communication, financial/analytical acumen, customer orientation, strategic and execution mindset.Β
Strong computer skills to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ad-hoc reporting toolsΒ
Experience:Β 7+ years in Product Management or demonstrated experience over a longer time frame and across other business functions that are directly related to the core responsibilities of the position (e.g. Project management, operations, financial planning and analysis, marketing).Β Direct experience with management of tangible products such as building materials is a plus. Experience with ERP software and data visualization tools is a plus.Β
Position will requires moderate travel (25%).
Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role based in Chicago is $125,000 to $140,000. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
