The Product Manager will be responsible for owning and growing Elo’s hardware accessories, self-service kiosks, as well as managing our services portfolio. The position comprises taking feedback from customers and multiple stakeholders to create accessories that enhance and complement our solution offerings. You will also manage our services portfolio and work with our sales team and the product management team to expand our service offerings into new areas to grow this segment.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and deliver a product vision, strategy, and business metrics.
  • Complete VOC (Voice of the Customer) to understand customer needs and innovate accordingly to build competitive and unique products.
  • Create product requirements documents based on customer requirements and competitive offerings. 
  • Create business plans and P&Ls for your products and present them for executive approval
  • Work with the engineering team to deliver feature rich products that meet current and future market needs.
  • Mange the entire product lifecycle from initial product pitch through end of life
  • Manage product escalations and prioritization.
  • Communicate key features, process and benefits through marketing documents and contributions to our knowledge base.
  • Work closely with the sales team assisting them with customer meetings and being the evangelist for relevant use cases.
  • Ability to communicate complex processes and procedures to end users of varying levels of technical competency.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by manager.

You Have: 

  • At least 5-years’ experience in product management or combination of customer facing and engineering experience. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or other related field from an accredited institution.

Ideally, You Will Bring: 

  • Experience in working with customers to solve their specific challenges and clearly understanding the customer use case.
  • Experience in the development of product roadmaps working with multiple stakeholders, use cases and conflicting priorities.
  • Knowledge, and experience in working with cross-functional teams in Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Previous experience working with Android and/or Windows compute. 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions.
  • Experience with and understanding of agile project management.
  • Proven ability to manage business partners and influence strategic direction at the VP level.
  • Proven ability to drive agendas across diverse organizations.
  • Proven ability to get work done through influence.
  • Outstanding organizational agility.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Prior product management experience focusing on retail or B2B software or payments services.
  • Business ownership orientation – a keenness to jump in, learn and start driving for the right metrics.
  • Previous experience working in the large format display space, corporate IT space or relevant B2B areas.
  • Experience working across software and hardware teams.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Experience with cross-regional, global communications spanning multiple time-zones is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytic skills and proficiency using large data sets in Excel.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with multi-cultural and international experience.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift to OSHA single person lift requirements.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.
  • Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, in the Elo office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Elo Touch Solutions offers a competitive total compensation package. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability, and Tuition Reimbursement. Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $85,000.00 and $115,000.00 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
