Job Summary


In this role, the product manager, measurement solutions will be a member of the Product team responsible for proving the impact Effectv advertising had on customer results informed by media performance, measurement insights, and attributed outcomes.


You will use emotional intelligence to connect, empathize, and understand customer needs. You will champion and rally other stakeholders around solving those needs through compelling story telling using personas, user journeys, and features. You will oversee the delivery of those experiences with internal and/or external technical partners and, when delivered, assess customer and business value created.


Job Description


Requirements: 


  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology in a dynamic, cross-functional working environment 
  • 2-4 years demonstrated product management experience conducting business discovery interviews, identifying personas, and writing non-technical features 
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with stakeholders at various levels of the company through strong emotional intelligence 
  • Media and/or advertising experience strongly preferred but not  
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework preferred but not  
  • Experience with advertising measurement and/or attribution methodologies preferred



Core Responsibilities


  • Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. 

  • Performs competitive analysis and conducts market research. 

  • Leverages in-depth product discovery techniques to uncover user personas and business value opportunities. 

  • Prioritizes and champions capabilities to achieve that value through compelling product feature story telling. 

  • Teams with internal and external product development to deliver high quality products on time. 

  • Regularly leads and contributes to cross-functional meetings to drive features through discovery, development, and deployment with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Quantifies and measures the value of new feature capabilities pre- and post-deployment. 

  • Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging and features. 

  • Assists in budgeting and variance analysis of product's unit and financial performance, with goal of identifying opportunities and risks. Concisely communicate trends, opportunities and risks, develop and defend POV for product features/benefits. 

  • Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable). 

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
