COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus potential. SUMMARY
The Product Manager, AI will aid in the development of all AI and automation efforts across Cardinal. This includes acting as the primary product manager of systems like Gemini, Krista AI, or other AI and automation tools. The Product Manager will work directly with business leaders to identify automation and AI requirements, provide recommended solutions, and implement the changes. The Administrator will work closely with the Sr. Director, AI and Architecture to assist in Cardinal-wide AI projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)
- Serve as the primary administrator of all AI tools used by the Cardinal team - including but not limited to Gemini, Krista AI, and Co-Pilot. This includes managing all related technologies, product roadmaps, and backlogs, ensuring the adoption of systems, providing continual optimizations, and increasing system ROI.
- Work with various business stakeholders to understand their automation needs, implement new functionality, optimize existing applications, and ensure business needs are met.
- Monitoring the market and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to improve and differentiate Cardinalβs use of technology
- Serve as the architect of Google and OneLogin systems, providing strategic vision for these systems and overseeing the optimization/roadmap work delegated to support teams.
- Understand the integrations between systems and troubleshoot connection issues.
- Evaluate the feasibility of automating business processes, considering factors like complexity, cost, and potential benefits. Design and implement automated solutions that meet these business needs, including selecting appropriate technologies and defining implementation plans.
- Become proficient in various automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, Generative AI, workflow engines, scripting languages) to develop automated solutions.
- Assist the Sr. Director, AI in delivering AI-focused projects, including stakeholder identification, requirements gathering, solution development, and infrastructure deployment.
- Continue to learn about new features to recommend options and optimizations to the business for all products managed.
- Prepare for new releases by reviewing release notes and providing release readiness support to the organization for all products managed.
- Keep up to date on all related business processes - this includes property management operations, facilities operations, accounting operations, etc.
- Make recommendations on best practices and operational procedures.
- Produce end-user training resources in coordination with the learning & development team.
- Answer level III end-user support tickets and escalate to vendors as needed.
- Perform user, system, and business process audits to confirm compliance and security.
- Support Cardinal OKRs as needed.
- Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
Β QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in property management operations is required.
- Four (4) years of technical experience in managing enterprise-level applications like Google, OneLogin, Salesforce, or Property Management Systems.
- Working knowledge of LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Co-Pilot is required.
- Working knowledge of Logic Apps is preferred.
- Experience working and communicating directly with C-Suite and executive leadership teams is preferred.
- Familiar with agile methodologies preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into software solutions.
- Ability to articulate the value of best practices.

- Independent sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
