This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity and requires 2-3 days of onsite work in Denver!

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Business Analyst to support the implementation of our marketing platforms and define key audience segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, data analytics, and experience in aligning technology with business needs. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.Β 

Key Responsibilities:Β 

  • Lead the requirements gathering and analysis for marketing platform implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Β 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define audience segments, develop customer profiles, and ensure that the marketing platform supports these needs.Β 

  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to provide insights into audience behavior and campaign performance.Β 

  • Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of marketing automation tools and platforms.Β 

  • Develop and document business processes, user stories, and system specifications for marketing initiatives.Β 

  • Work with IT teams to integrate marketing platforms with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).Β 

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for marketing platform users.Β 

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented platforms, identifying areas for improvement.Β 

  • Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides for marketing teams.Β 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Β 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on marketing platform implementations.Β 

  • Proven experience in audience segmentation, customer profiling, and targeting within marketing campaigns.Β 

  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies such as CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), and analytics platforms.Β 

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Β 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Β 

  • Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.Β 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Β 

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Β 

Preferred Skills:Β 

  • Experience with data modeling and database management.Β 

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and customer journey mapping.Β 

  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and digital advertising trends.Β
