Job Summary


Embark on a transformative journey with us as a Product Manager in our Core Deposit Product Strategy team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to execute strategic product development initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the growth of our Consumer deposit business. You will have the chance to identify product gaps, develop next-generation features, and enhance client experiences, all while growing professionally in a dynamic and supportive environment.


As a Product Manager in Core Deposit Product Strategy, you will execute on strategic product development initiatives to further transform our Consumer deposit business. You will partner across the broader organization to execute on product strategies, identify product gaps, gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. Working with partners, you will develop and implement next generation features and capabilities to improve the client experience and continue to grow our deposit customer base.

Job Responsibilities



  • Ensure that key Consumer Deposit Product priorities are delivered by owning and driving end to end go-to-market strategy and rollout of new strategic initiatives.

  • Work closely with our Analytics/Product/Design teams to ask challenging questions to better understand how customers are using our products and features, know key differences among our customer cohorts, and ways we can create optimal experience for customers

  • Maintain focus that balances customer experience, regulatory/controls environment and business results.

  • Collaborate closely across various levels and functions within the organization; influence outcomes, and help rally partners around the long-term vision of the segment.

  • Use data-driven insights to influence the Core segment product roadmap, including the roll out of new features and solutions that solve critical customer and business needs. 

  • Continually evaluate opportunities based on industry, competitor and customer trends to recommend ways to innovate our product set and ensure we have key features that meet customer needs in a changing landscape that is informed through market research and competitor analysis. 


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills



  • 3+ years of product management, business management, strategy, or related experience

  • 3+ years of financial services experience (in strategy, product management or finance)

  • Ability to think strategically and connect the dots to the bigger picture, while being able to dive into the details required to ensure successful execution.

  • Strong intellectual curiosity; always curious to identify ways we can improve customer experience and how we can make data-driven decisions to drive business value.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop effective, trust-based relationships, working closely with cross functional stakeholders across the business to influence outcomes and oversee accountability without formal authority, including members across product, legal, finance, marketing, risk and other channels.

  • Organizational and project management skills; proven ability to self-manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines.  Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility, and the ability to work in a constantly changing and highly-regulated environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint/PitchPro; structured thinking and effective communicator with strong presentation skills across multiple audiences ranging from peers to senior executives.
