Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Integrated Intelligence team at Real Chemistry!
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our customer facing teams and the Head of Technology to help drive various technical projects, while supporting the integration of marketing technology (MarTech) as part of our broader initiatives. You will be working on projects that span AI, data platforms, and healthcare, delivering solutions that optimize business outcomes.
You will be a key contributor to a dynamic, cross-functional team of data engineers, AI researchers, and developers, with the opportunity to significantly influence the company's growth. You will primarily focus on repeatable technology enabled services including MarTech and life sciences analytics.
This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, or Chicago.
What you’ll do:
Contribute to the roadmap of technical products, including data platforms and analytics tools, while integrating MarTech components where appropriate.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, analytics, and sales teams to ensure product features align with business objectives and client needs.
Support the creation and enhancement of technical solutions, contributing to architecture and design discussions for scalable, robust platforms.
Incorporate data research, market analysis, and client feedback to inform product strategies and improve decision-making processes.
Work on a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables that have a direct impact on both internal teams and external clients.

What you should have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2-4 years of product management experience in the technology space, with familiarity in MarTech being a plus
Experience with SQL and a strong understanding of database performance.
A solid foundation in digital advertising, web data, and CRM systems, with an emphasis on technical infrastructure over marketing operations.
An entrepreneurial mindset, driven by delivering value and impact through technical innovation.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Pay Range: $73,000.00- $80,000.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
