We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the UNIFY & PharmAcademy product development processes, support internal and external requests in the form of demos, configurations, reports, and work with clients as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, a comprehensive understanding of platform functionality, and ability to break down feature requests into user stories for development, while thinking about the testing process and the end user experience.



Key Responsibilities:



  • User and Admin Support: Respond to user inquiries, assist with login issues, and troubleshoot configuration problems

  • Configuration and Reporting: Manage configuration requests, prepare reports, and participate in maintenance meetings

  • Client Management: Set up project folders, track time, manage revenue, conduct invoicing, and support sales activities. Interact with clients through email and video calls to address their needs. Lead the implementation of new releases with each client which includes scheduling upgrades, creating client facing documentation and updating sales support materials as neede

  • Product Management:

    • Work directly with customers to understand requirements and maximize product value

    • Collaborate with the product team to document proposed product functionality for internal purposes

    • Work with product team to translate MVP requirements into comprehensive user stories

    • Write and refine user stories with detailed requirements in the Agile planning tool

    • Partner with the scrum master to provide detailed answers to functional questions on new product features

    • Participate in sprint retrospectives and Scrum meetings, as well as product sprint stand up meetings

    • Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

    • Review the product backlog in the Agile planning tool for completeness of user stories



  • Bug Management: Oversee bug reporting processes, track resolutions, and liaise with development teams

  • Documentation and Quality Assurance: Review documentation, ensure support quality, and manage the Computer System Validation process



About You



  • Strong understanding of user support and product management processes

  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach

  • Ability to prioritize effectively

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ticketing systems

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment

  • Ability to work 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST, with occasional earlier mornings to coordinate with overseas staff
