As a Product Manager at RadiantGraph, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI-driven healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and the company’s strategic goals. You will work closely with engineers, UX designers, gather and incorporate user feedback, conduct rigorous testing, and collaborate daily with engineering teams. A passion for generative AI applications and their potential in healthcare to drive consumer engagement is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Product Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to document and capture the product strategy, define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and generative AI to enhance consumer engagement in healthcare solutions.
  2. Visualizations & User Experience Design (B2B):
    • Work closely with the technical team and UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly visualizations and self-serve capabilities for large enterprise clients.
    • Validate, iterate and improve experiences to meet the needs of RadiantGraph’s clients
  3. User Feedback and Testing:
    • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
    • Implement and manage new product launches with leading large healthcare clients to test new features and gather data-driven insights.
    • Utilize user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in product design.
  4. Collaboration with Engineering:
    • Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
    • Translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
    • Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep projects on track.
  5. Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communication.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
    • Provide regular updates to the company and leadership on product progress and performance.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or B2B technology industry.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and visualizations and reporting for a B2B user
  • Experience conducting user testing and managing beta programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for healthcare and a deep understanding of the industry challenges and opportunities; interest in generative AI applications and their potential in healthcare.
