Description
The Product Manager II, Deposit Products partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop more complex deposit product functionality, features, marketing/implementation strategies and content that drives adoption and performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work more independently to design, implement, market, and train on new and existing products for Deposit ProductsΒ Β
- Partner with internal and external strategic partners to coordinate the development and modeling of products and programs, including a roadmap for future features and enhancementsΒ
- Analyze campaigns, products, member feedback and industry trends to identify new business opportunities, products, and strategies; continually measure, evaluate, and optimize products to drive product innovation, sales, and financial performanceΒ
- Draft product and business requirement documents and work with appropriate business units and external business partners to determine key deliverables
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics and identify key ways to optimize results
Experience and Education Requirement:
- Minimum Education:Β Bachelorβs degree is preferred
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience working with product development, including evaluating and implementing third-party product or service solutionsΒ
- Experience with financial institution operations and core banking systemsΒ Β
- Ability to deliver effective stakeholder presentations to a variety of audiencesΒ
- Ability to successfully drive projects, processes and change management concepts in a dynamic and complex operating environmentΒ
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to critically evaluate data to develop effective solutionsΒ Β
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple business units, leadership and vendors to achieve organizational goalsΒ
- Strong ability to articulate complex concepts while tailoring the message to different audiences including senior leadership, technical teams, and member support teamsΒ Β
- Proficiency with Tableau is preferredΒ
- Proficiency with Microsoft VisioΒ Β
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteΒ
- Certification/License: Six Sigma, PMP or SCRUM certifications preferred

Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA:Β $90,000 to $105,000 + annual bonus
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:Β $80,000 to $95,000 + annual bonus
