Experian is looking for an experienced Product Manager with expertise in Mortgage Servicing to support our growing Experian Housing and Verification Business. This is a remote position reporting to the Senior Product Director. You will design and guide the roadmap for mortgage servicing products and solutions. You will bring in expert-level understanding of the mortgage servicing landscape, market dynamics, and industry-wide product offerings. You will work with complex and different data sets such as mortgage loan-level data, servicing data, and economic datasets to develop solutions in mortgage servicing.

You will have expertise in product discipline, product management, and roadmap creation. Have critical thinking and creative solutioning capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Product Execution Strategy: Guide the prioritization and development of product roadmap for mortgage servicing products, including loan servicing platforms and customer service solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Stay updated on trends in mortgage servicing, housing markets, and regulatory changes.
  • Partner Management: Collaborate with all partners, including engineering, sales, marketing, and clients, to gather requirements and ensure agreement.
  • Technical Leadership: Work with engineering teams to design high-quality products that meet market needs, such as risk management tools and data analytics solutions for mortgage servicing portfolios.
  • Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance, analyze important metrics, and implement improvements to enhance product effectiveness and user satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to increase product features.
  • Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Product Adaption: Ensure client adaption and feedback loop
  • Mortgage Servicing Landscape: understanding of the mortgage servicing landscape to build products that can help with reducing costs and manage portfolios

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in mortgage capital markets or a related field. Technical Skills: Good understanding of technical aspects of software development, data analysis, and financial modeling. Familiarity with tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau. Leadership: lead teams and manage complex projects. Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners: analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Industry Knowledge: understanding of mortgage finance, Servicing, originations and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of servicing operations and MSRs is important.
