Responsibilities
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Serve as the Primary System Owner & Administrator for the Planning and Allocation Β Platform
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Create and maintain SOP documentation for Planning and Allocation processes
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Manage Planning systems roadmap, ensuring stakeholder needs are addressed through development efforts
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Own all administrative functions of the Planning and Allocation system, ensuring it stays in-sync with downstream systems
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Coordinate with stakeholders in Planning to ensure integration between systems is in accordance with our integration process and is up to date with all changes
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Communicate system issues in a timely manner to necessary business units
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Coordinate with 3rd party software providers for active issues resolution and feature development roadmaps
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Provide post-mortem analysis of any issues requiring a change in existing integration or mapping structures
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Focus on developing feature enhancements and automations within these applications for the Planning department
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Work closely with internal development resources to ensure project expectations are effectively communicated and understood
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Draft detail product specifications and business requirements using an Agile approach, executed through standard Scrum board
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Perform UAT on new features, including functional and regression testing
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Build reporting and alerting processes within necessary applications
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Help design, document, and maintain system processes
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Communicate on key insights/findings, common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to solve
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve functionality and deliver a great experience to the product users and customers
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Identify the differences in opportunities to execute small tasks independently, and when to leverage development resources
Β 
Desired Relative Experience
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Extensive hands-on experience with Planning and Allocation software
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Experience with NetSuite ERP
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Familiar with Roles and Responsibilities and Advanced Forecasting capabilities within a planning tool
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Basic understanding of Wholesale system requirements such as EDI
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  A functional understanding of related data table structures
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Familiar with IPaaS tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Celigo
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Familiar with SDLC procedures
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  General understanding of best practices and business process within a planning function
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Experience in Project Management for back-office software

Requirements
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Bachelor’s Degree
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  2 - 3 Years’ experience as a Product Manager for business systems
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  2 – 3 Years’ experience working on integration and mapping projects
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  2+ Years previous experience as a systems administrator or analyst
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Project Management, Systems Implementation, and Systems Integration experience
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Extensive experience with SaaS platforms
Β·Β Β Β Β Β  Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
$140,000 - $170,000 a year
