What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields
- 5+ years of experience product management
- Experience with Product Management for customer/associate facing applications
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Strong communication and presentation skills are needed with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (Marketing, Stores, Customer Services) as well as translate customer and market data into technical requirements documents
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment to deliver results

$104,300-$155,000. This salary range is specific to Colorado and New York and may differ in other locations. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location.
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

Want to be part of this? We currently have an exciting opportunity for Senior Product Manager Store Systems to join our Tailored Technology team. This role will be part of a growing team that is working on implementing and enabling the next generation associate and customer facing solutions that will push the company forward. This role will also be responsible for supporting other backend Store Operations applications.
What you’ll do
- Develop a product strategy and product roadmap in support of enterprise goals and objectives
- Manage Product Roadmap, Priorities and Product Release schedule by coordinating with all stakeholders
- Work closely with leadership team to understand and define product capabilities and be able to clearly articulate them to all levels of the organization
- Initiate and manage idea generation, gap identification, financial attractiveness, feature prioritization, and feature definition for products
- Engage with engineering and project management teams during implementation to answer any questions about the features and any scope tradeoff decisions
- Collaborate with cross functional IT partners to understand the business impact of any planned enhancement releases and submit and track requirements on behalf of the Contact Center Team
- Coordinate UAT cycle and post launch activities to validate the product feature works as expected
