We're seeking an experienced Product Manager, UI/UX & E-Commerce to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will focus on improving our e-commerce with a strong emphasis on improving user experience, checkout and improving subscription processes.
This position will work closely with cross-functional team members including engineering, pharmacy operations, compliance, marketing, and executive. You'll play a key role in bridging various departments to ensure our product initiatives align with overall business goals and drive innovation in our healthcare technology solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Our team would be counting on you to meet or exceed expectations with the following responsibilities:
Own the e-commerce and customer experience, ensuring a seamless journey across all digital platforms (website and front-end systems)
Help manage the product roadmap for front-end design, ensuring best practices in customer experience
Create Figma designs based on internal data and translate them into actionable development plans ensuring smooth execution with engineers
Oversee rigorous QA testing across devices and platforms to ensure high-quality user experiences
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Drive product development by managing wireframes, gathering input, and iterating on solutions based on customer feedback
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience or relevant entrepreneurial experience, preferably in e-commerce, telemedicine, or subscription-based digital platforms
Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools, with a strong focus on Figma for wireframing and UI/UX collaboration
Experience working in a startup environment or building and maintaining a product through its entire lifecycle
Strong understanding of process development, standardization, and optimization techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
Experience with agile development processes
Experience with data analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights from data
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
