We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our B2B warehouse management products, which serve as extensions to our ERP offerings tailored for the building materials industry. This leadership role demands extensive expertise in warehouse management, digital product strategy, and business management. The ideal candidate will own the vision and strategic direction of our warehouse management products, steering their journey from conception to market leadership. Key responsibilities include managing the productβs P&L, developing a robust product roadmap, building market awareness, increasing customer and user adoption, driving revenue growth, and enhancing market competitiveness. In this role, you will create and execute a compelling product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure all initiatives align with and propel our overarching business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead the development and execution of a product strategy for warehouse management products aligned with business goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Drive marketing and promotional efforts to increase product awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strategic product roadmap that outlines key milestones and features, prioritized on customer value and business goals.
- Develop and track KPIs that reflect the performance and impact of the warehouse management products, such as user engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and market share.
- Take ownership of the product's financial performance, including budgets, revenue growth, forecasting, and profitability.
- Continuously assess product performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to ensure seamless execution of product and business strategies.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and sales enablement materials.
- Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, roadmaps, and product performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps and design solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.

Travel as needed, including business air travel and car rental.
