We currently have an opening for a Product Manager - Website Experience at our Home Office
As a Product Manager – Website Experience you will play a pivotal role in defining, shaping, and optimizing our online platform to ensure an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to drive the development and enhancement of our website. Your primary objective will be to understand user needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute initiatives that enhance usability, engagement, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class website experiences to users.
What You Will Do:
Strategy Development
- Develop a deep understanding of user personas, behaviors, and pain points through user research, data analysis, and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize website experience goals and objectives aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for website enhancements, considering short-term optimizations and long-term strategic initiatives.
Feature Planning and Execution
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for website improvements, features, and functionality.
- Work closely with design and development teams to conceptualize, prototype, and implement new website features.
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
User Experience Optimization
- Conduct usability tests, analyze user feedback, and leverage web analytics to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Define and prioritize UX/UI enhancements that optimize user flow, increase engagement, and drive conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor website performance metrics and iterate on changes to improve overall user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to align website initiatives with broader company goals.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating based on input.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure website content and messaging align with brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
Quality Assurance and Testing
- Work closely with QA teams to define test plans, conduct regression testing, and ensure the quality and stability of website releases.
- Monitor website performance, identify issues, and coordinate with engineering teams to address bugs and technical issues promptly.
Market Analysis and Competitive Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies related to website development and user experience.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our website against industry standards and identify opportunities for differentiation.
What We Require:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on website development or user experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving continuous improvement
