Descriptiononsemi is looking for a Product Marketing Manager at Scottsdale, AZ. This is an opportunity to develop and drive direct customer strategies around key high value and high growth products for Integrated Circuit Divisionβ―aligned with Division priorities. The position will involve working with a global team of Marketing, Sales, Applications and Business Unit professionals, to align on the Market strategy for the assigned vertical markets with direct customers.
ResponsibilitiesPerformance Objectives:
- Work with companywide experts to derive ICDβs total solution value proposition for applications within their assigned market segment aligned with Division priorities.Β
- Work with the Corporate Marketing organization and other key stakeholders to generate a comprehensive Application Go-To-Market strategy including:Β
- Key Messaging and ownership of Solution area of website.Β
- Direct Sales and Channel Enablement plans with appropriate Application Training.Β
- Work with the applications teams to determine the best method for showcasing the divisionβs strengths. Β
- Through system level expertise and market trends, identify product gaps, competitive positions and customer needs for consideration by business units for strategic new product developments.Β
- Work directly with Sales, Applications, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing in order to coordinate and lead new design in activities
QualificationsRequirements:
- Market Knowledge / Experience:Β
- Experience working directly with Semiconductor Customers
- Understanding of Semiconductor products
- Experience in technical sales, FAE, technical marketing, or business development including familiarity with relevant applications and key customersΒ
- Developing and executing on strategic business plans with measurable success criteria.Β
- Proven success in working across cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, apps, business units, and R&D.Β
- Proven experience working with customers on design, business strategy, and product roadmaps.Β
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in the semiconductor industry in similar positions. Candidates should have relevant experience collaborating with a team of product and application professionals. The candidate must demonstrate good business sense, critical thinking skills, outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to succeed.Β
- Candidate is expected to support and/or present at various meetings and trainings, therefore candidate needs to have strong communication skills.Β
- Education: BSEE or equivalent experience.Β
