Are you ready to shape the future of cardiovascular diagnostics? As a Program Manager at Elucid, you'll be at the intersection of innovation and execution, orchestrating complex cardiovascular imaging projects across key stakeholder and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions on time and within scope. An experienced program manager with a strong technical foundation, you have successfully delivered complex SaMD products. You excel in dynamic startup environments, where your ability to adapt and drive results consistently sets you apart. One of the driving forces behind our SaMD product delivery, you'll play a crucial role in advancing Elucid's mission to transform cardiovascular care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the execution of key cross-functional initiatives through the ideation to delivery process.Β 
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaMD product development, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Remove delivery impediments, maintain clear performance standards, and foster team accountability.
  • Work closely with R&D, engineering, product management, clinical, marketing, and quality assurance teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful market launch.Β 
  • Collaborate with regulatory and compliance to ensure medical device software standards are integrated into the development processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in agile program management for SaMD products.Β Cardiovascular imaging program management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to commercialization.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for medical devices, software lifecycle processes and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Software tools knowledge preferred: Jira, Roadmunk or similar applications, Salesforce.
Travel Requirements
  • Occasional travel may be required.
