Position Overview
Cast & Crew is searching for a Program Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Transformation to innovate and help lead strategic company transformation and optimization efforts. This role is part of the Transformation Management Office (XMO), a cross-functional team that will play a pivotal role in two key areas: (a) overseeing the design and execution of the Company Strategic Plan, and (b) managing large-scale product migrations on behalf of clients. This role will specifically support the execution of the strategic priorities, and will support:
β€’ Managing the successful delivery of the Company Strategic Plan
β€’ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive overall program delivery
β€’ Focused on the General/non-Technology & Product initiatives of the Company Strategic Plan
β€’ Developing and implementing program metrics to drive accountability
β€’ Facilitating impact analyses and assessing change readiness across the board
β€’ Developing and executing change management and communications plan

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the Transformation Management Office and ensure key program initiatives deliver on time and in alignment with identified business objectives
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to the Executive Management Team (EMT) through executive-level presentations
  • Evaluate existing plans and identify incremental opportunities to enhance the program’s value
  • Collaborate with operational teams (Product, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Sales, etc.) to deliver on key milestones, including financial targets
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program progress, identifying dependencies, key risks, and mitigation plans
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success

Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

Experience

  • 4+ years experience with a strong understanding of transformation strategy to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency and improve financial performance
  • 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in identifying and executing transformational initiatives
  • Hands-on experience working with operational teams (i.e., Product, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Sales and other related fields)
  • Proven ability to influence and lead in indirect, global matrix-based, and virtual environments to build partnerships, drive alignment, and make decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is strongly preferred
  • Preferred: Direct exposure working in the Entertainment industry
  • Consulting experience is a plus

Skills

  • Strong project management skills, including collaborating with, and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels and geographic locations
  • Strong strategic thinker with resourceful approach to overcoming challenges and acting as a change catalyst for the organization
  • Experience with managing complex technology-led transformation programs in best-in-class project management tools e.g., Jira and other Atlassian products
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist
  • Possess strong, professional, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical, and problem-solving skills

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
