The Opportunity
Be the driving force behind our transformation of Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales Planning initiatives.Β In this role, you will build, drive, plan, and implement end-to-end Sales Planning processes, data and tools focused on effective Segmentation, Account Prioritization, Territory definition and Sales Quota planning.Β The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative, critical thinker with strong communication, organizational, and planning skills who is passionate about helping a team achieve their goals.

The Sales Operations team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group, strategically positioned across the globe with members in regions including San Jose, CA, and Durham, CA. This team fosters a culture of flexibility and inclusivity, valuing the diverse backgrounds and expertise of each member. Their mission is to support the organization's sales strategies through innovative planning initiatives, ensuring that data-driven insights empower the sales force to achieve their targets effectively.
You will report to the Director of Sales Operations, who emphasizes a proactive and hands-on leadership style, encouraging open communication and collaboration within the team. The work setup for this role is fully remote, enabling employees to operate effectively from various locations without the requirement to visit the office unless needed for specific team events or meetings.
This role will require approximately 50% travel, allowing you to engage with global stakeholders and support sales planning initiatives across different regions. This travel commitment is essential for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with the teamβs goals and objectives.

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 117,040 and USD $ 234,120 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an βat-will positionβ and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
