The AI Infrastructure organization (AI2) at OCI is leading this effort. AI Infrastructure is rapidly expanding our business and we are looking for highly motivated and experienced product managers to join our incredibly team.
The Senior Principal Product Manager for AI Infrastructure Software Products is responsible for software products to power the AI revolution. This person will define and deliver on a software product roadmap across the AI Infrastructure stack from bare metal and cluster management to AI services for training, fine tuning and inference.
This high visibility, high impact role requires deep experience with end-to-end AI infra software stack or within key portions of it. The role also requires strong communication skills along with product planning and lifecycle management experience.
The successful candidate will have led product definition and delivery of AI software products. They have an entrepreneurial spirit and are not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means that they can roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively across all functions of our organization (product, engineering, solutions architects, sales, marketing, finance, operations, etc.). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and a rapidly evolving AI space, a customer-centric mindset and an ability to influence up and across the organization are essential to success in this role.

US: Hiring Range: from $104,000 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
