The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the broader Customer Experience Product Management & Engineering teams in collaborating with clients and internal teams to evolve our portfolio of digital experience products, including CSG Xponent, our industry-leading platform that enables businesses to build, automate, and personalize customer experiences across multiple channels. Our customer experience solution combines data management capabilities with customer journey analytics and customer journey orchestration to analyze usersβ current behavior and preferences, and then deliver relevant content and product recommendations to usersβ preferred channels.

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$115,043.95-$184,071.59
This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
