About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager focused on Organizer Tools, where you will drive the strategy and execution of tools that empower event organizers to thrive. Your role will encompass understanding the complex needs of organizers who depend on Posh to build and manage their businesses, building everything from ticketing solutions to financial tooling and marketing features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on Craft: You care deeply about the craft of building delightful, impactful product. You have high standards for execution, user experience, and intuitive experiences. You’ll conduct market and user research to uncover insights into organizer pain points and business opportunities. You leverage data-driven methods to validate product ideas and iterate solutions.

  • Outcome-Based Execution: Lead teams in prioritizing and shipping products that enhance user success, using data-driven insights to measure effectiveness and iterate based on real-world feedback.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to manage development cycles, ensuring projects are delivered in an effective timeframe and with high craft.

  • Enhance Organizer Success: Develop and execute upon a product strategy that creates scalable tools and workflows that streamline operations for event organizers, including ticketing, promotions, and audience engagement.

  • Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics to measure the success of product features and iteratively improve based on findings. Present updates and impact analyses to stakeholders regularly and identify areas for optimization

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities, gather feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplaces or B2B SaaS that supports SMBs or creator platforms.

  • Proven ability to ship high-impact products that meet or exceed business goals.

  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and outcome-oriented decision-making.

  • Eye for detail and a commitment to quality in product design and user experience.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience navigating cross-functional partnerships.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Linear).
