As the Senior Product Manager / Product Owner, you’ll lead the development of our industry-leading operations software suite, focused on revolutionizing irrigation systems. This role is about more than managing features—it’s about leveraging proprietary data and third-party partnerships to create smarter, more sustainable solutions that reduce water waste and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping sustainable practices through advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize features that drive growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product releases.
  • Use smart sensor technology to support water conservation efforts.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through quality improvement projects.
  • Partner with Agile teams to refine processes for continuous improvement.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of product management experience for B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience with and understanding of the complexities related to integrating with hardware devices - IoT, wireless sensors, robotics, etc.
  • Proven success in Agile environments and enterprise software development. Understanding of waterfall methodologies preferred as well.
  • Experience (or interest in) developing products that have software and hardware/firmware components.
  • Experience in products related to irrigation, golf, recreation facilities management, GIS, highly preferred
  • Must currently reside in San Diego County, CA, Phoenix, or Tucson, Arizona area and comfortable with a hybrid work model and travel bi-monthly or as needed for in-person collaboration.

What Sets You Apart (Highly desired background and skills):

  • Experience with the SAFe framework or certification as a scrum master/agile coach.
  • You thrive on challenging the status quo, making change happen in even the most established organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to streamline product development.
  • Bonus points if you have a master's degree or advanced coursework in business, marketing, or tech.
