Senior Product Manager

Location: Schaumburg, IL (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote) 

Your mission in the Product Management team:  

At TouchTunes, your work truly makes a difference. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the next generation of our league and tournament software for darts!  

In this role, you will define, prioritize, and deliver innovative features for league and tournament managers and coordinators across North America. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to turn ideas into world-class product experiences. 

Your day-to-day:   

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand the needs and challenges of our operators and location staff in managing dart leagues and tournaments.
• Identify and shape new features that align with user needs and business goals.
• Build a prioritized backlog based on user insights, business impact, and effort estimates, and present these priorities to stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate the vision, strategy, problems, and priorities to stakeholders involved in dart leagues and tournaments management.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the product design process addresses user and business needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to identify and address operational and support requirements.
• Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clear requirements for the development team.
• Assist developers in prioritizing tasks and adapt solutions as technical challenges arise.
• Monitor product usage, gather user feedback, and analyze business results to inform future improvements.
• Support product training and ensure smooth and successful product launches. 

Your profile:  

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in the fields of business or technology.
• 4+ years of experience in the management of web products, ideally in the B2B space.
• Hands-on, autonomous and superior organizational skills
• Ability to take deep dives into details, capture findings, then simplify complex topics to communicate with key project stakeholders.
• Leadership in digging to find problem sources and creatively exploring different options to fix it.
• Ability to put together a coherent, concise and visually appealing presentation.
• Exceptional project management skills with an ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer obsessed and data driven, with great sensitivity for design and customer experience.
• You have a passion for technology and entertainment.
• A collaborative, creative and empathetic personality.
• Creative, analytical and curious mindset.
