What you'll do...


Position: Senior Product Manager



Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066



Duties: Partner with the Product Analytics Management, Product Managers, and Engineering Teams to accurately track and analyze existing and new product initiatives. Leverage clickstream data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and influence product roadmaps. Perform conversion analysis, funnel analysis, and impact sizing to influence decision-making. Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance. Create effective reporting and dashboards by applying expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau to monitor product performance. Use statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to shape and drive the analytics strategy for the Product Management Team. Design A/B tests to test and quantify the impact of new product feature. Drive A/B testing as an ongoing discipline to constantly improve product features and provide better experiences for customers across all platforms. Provide support for the implementation of product solutions. Provide data driven insights and deliver recommendations that address opportunities for product improvements. This position does not supervise employees.



Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Analytics, or related area and 2 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Analytics, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.



Skills required: Experience extracting and aggregating data from large data sets using SQL/Hive or Spark. Experience analyzing large datasets using one of the following programming languages: Python, R, SQL, or Spark. Experience generating and visualizing data-based insights in Tableau. Experience with data mining and statistical modeling using R or Python. Experience developing and maintaining ETL pipelines to automate data extractions and reporting processes. Experience with the following analytical techniques: machine learning, predictive modeling, logistic regression, and cluster and segmentation analysis. Experience building predictive and descriptive statistical models using one of the following: Kit, Jupyter Notebooks, or Python. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.



Salary Range:  $188,885/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.   Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
